Sales Operations Manager

SPIDR Tech is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our quickly expanding organization supporting growth in revenue. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have a direct impact on the sales, customer success, and marketing teams. This role requires a high attention to detail and a strong goal orientation toward growth.

This position is full-time remote and you can be based anywhere in the United States.

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for creating, updating, and documenting processes for the sales team. You will also be responsible for analyzing data in our various systems to report on sales, marketing, and customer success analytics. You will be responsible for analyzing business outputs for the leadership team. You should be comfortable working with a dispersed, fully remote team. You will constantly review our processes and suggest improvements. You will be a driver of those improvements at all times.

You will train all new sales hires on our sales-related systems, create sales automation wherever possible, create/run reports, own the sales and revenue forecast, audit Salesforce CRM data accuracy, and administer the Salesforce system. You will have extensive experience of SaaS company metrics and will know how to implement those in a Salesforce environment.
