SPIDR Tech has built the world’s first automated customer service platform for law enforcement that gives agencies the tools they need to best serve their communities. Our platform interacts with 911 callers and victims of crime by communicating with them directly to keep them updated and gather their feedback.

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven record in meeting/exceeding sales goals in a SaaS environment. You will be responsible for generating and pre-qualifying leads, securing new business opportunities, maintaining a pipeline, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preference is given to candidates with a background in Law Enforcement or Public Safety/Government.


  • Drive pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Work with sales leadership to accurately forecast opportunities.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and market drivers for law enforcement/public safety.
  • Work directly with law enforcement, public safety, state, and federal agencies to understand their needs, requirements, and implementation schedules.
  • Maintain accurate account/opportunity/pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Work closely with Business Development Team for lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations and Technical teams for responses to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Deployment.
  • Conduct presentations and client demos using Zoom/Teams.
  • When safe to do so, travel to conferences and customer meetings.
  • Need to Have:

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS sales (preference given to candidates with experience in law enforcement or public safety)
  • Demonstrated ability to close opportunities and meet/exceed quota
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Zoom/Teams, PowerPoint
  • A desire to help law enforcement agencies
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
